Welcoming & Newcomers’ Ministry
Vision Statement:
Ephesians 2:19~22
“Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and aliens, but fellow citizens with God’s people and member of God’s household, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone. In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his spirit.”

Mission Statement:
UNITY!!!
We desire UNITY in the church, one in body, spirit and mind.
We serve to increase comfort among the newcomers into the body of Christ. Bringing them not only to know, but to feel in their hearts the unity of our congregation, that is in Christ Jesus.
We strive to provide all church information for the newcomers to find comfort in the body and encourage them to take part in its ministries.
We serve to unite the existing members and the newcomers into
one body.
We serve to make the church a place of comfort and worship.

Ministries within WNM:
*Bread Breakers Ministry
Acts 2:42-47
“42They devoted themselves
to the apostles' teaching and
to the fellowship, to the
breaking of bread and to prayer.
43Everyone was filled with awe,
and many wonders and
miraculous signs were done
by the apostles. 44All the
believers were together and
had everything in common.
45Selling their possessions
and goods, they gave to
anyone as he had need.
46Every day they continued
to meet together in the
temple courts. They broke
bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, 47praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.”

This ministry is to provide an opportunity for newcomers to build relationships and have fellowship after services with the larger body of the church through the “breaking of bread.” This is open to anyone interested that has already attended Newcomer’s meeting. Bread Breakers is held every Sunday after each worship service. Listen to the announcements for more details on Sundays!
*Newcomers Fellowship Night (NFN)

This event is a time for newcomers and other church members to be able to come together and enjoy in the fellowship with some snacks, games, and socializing. This is a great opportunity to meet other members and leaders of the church.

NFN is held every 2nd Saturday of the month, from 7-9 pm in Ecclesia Cafe, but is subject to change. Keep your ears open to the weekly announcements for any changes.
