Greetings from the Jubilee Church Youth Ministry!  The youth ministry of Jubilee Church is designed to reach out and minister to middle and high school students in the Seoul area from grades 7 to 12. 

We want to empower them through Sunday afternoon Bible studies, monthly Friday night get-togethers, and summer and winter retreats. 

We want them to be a generation that is on fire for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  As it states in Proverbs 22:6, “Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.”  This is something that the leaders of the youth ministry hold as our personal philosophy.

Both Middle and High school can be a time for many things:  self-discovery, learning how to socialize, coping with tragedy or disappointment, etc.  If students are prepared as much as possible through our sharing of the Word and the sharing of experiences, then they have a much better chance of resisting temptation in the real world.  We know that they will sometimes fall, but it is our prayer that they will have a solid, biblical foundation to fall back on during hard times. 

As leaders of jYm, we seek to be involved in the lives of our youth as much as possible.  This means attending their concerts and recitals, watching them cheer at games or watching them play at a game, listening to their dilemmas over coffee, and supporting them in whatever adventure they decide to undertake.

Sunday afternoon Bible study/fellowship:  12:00 to 1:30 pm
Friday night worship sessions:  every 3rd Friday of the month from 7:30 to 9 pm
Summer retreat:  mid to late June
Winter lock-in/retreat:  early to mid-January

For parents, we welcome the opportunity to speak with you regarding any questions/concerns that you may have about our ministry, our events, or our volunteers.
